Cross Linkable ETFE (XL-ETFE)

Ruiflon’s cross-linkable ETFE meets the standards specified in Sections 20, 21, 22, and 23 of MIL-W-22759 (SAE AS 22759), VG 95218, and Sections 20, 21, 22, and 23 of GJB 773A.

The aluminum alloy aerospace cables produced using Ruiflon's cross-linkable ETFE have passed the aircraft installation testing.

Irradiation cross-linkable ETFE is a high-performance modified compound that offers excellent temperature resistance and mechanical properties.

It is suitable for use in specialized wires that meet the SAE AS 22759 specification, with a working voltage of 600V and a long-term service temperature below 200°C.

Typical applications for the wire include aerospace, aircraft, offshore platforms, etc.
